Property Maintenance Services

PACKAGE 1 - (For long-term let)

Marketing of your property
Preparation and signing of the contract between you and the tenant
Arrange set up of rental payment facility i.e. ensure the tenant sets up the standing order for payment of the rent
Arrange inspections of your property (interior and exterior) every 6months to ensure it is in good repair.
Act as a local point of contact for you client, our office will act as a messaging service for you and your tenant.

Price* - Rs 4,500 per year (+ normal agency fees for letting)

PACKAGE 2 - (For long-term let)

Marketing of your property
Preparation and signing of the contract between you and the tenant
Arrange set up of rental payment facility i.e. ensure the tenant sets up the standing order for payment of the rent OR the option of collecting rent on your behalf.
Arrange inspections of your property (interior and exterior) every 6months to ensure it is in good repair.

Cleaning services - before a tenant moves in and after they move out.
Between tenants the property will be inspected every 4weeks and a report sent to you via e-mail.
Between tenants the property will be cleaned (interior and exterior) every 4 weeks and a report sent to you via e-mail (swimming pool maintenance at extra charge).

Price* - Rs 7000 per year for properties of 1-2bedrooms (+ normal agency fees for letting)

Rs 9000 per year for properties of 3-5 bedrooms (+ normal agency fees for letting)

Price* - Rs 11,000 per year for properties of 1-2bedrooms (+ normal agency fees for letting)

Rs 13,000 per year for properties of 3-5 bedrooms (+ normal agency fees for letting)

PACKAGE 4 - (For long-term let)

Maintainance only - For properties that are not occupied when not used by the owner or their friends/family.

Cleaning and inspection of the property every month (interior and exterior, including swimming pool). A report sent to you via e-mail after each visit.
Arrangement for local tradesperson to carry out any maintenance work your property may require throughout the year.
Liaison with utility companies regarding bills and services.

Price* - Rs 12,000 per year for apartments max 3 bedrooms

Rs 17,000 per year for bungalows/villas of 1-2 bedrooms and apartments with 4+ bedrooms

Rs 20,000 per year for bungalows/villas of 3-5 bedrooms
