Agency Fee for BUYERS

Agency Fee for BUYERS - PROPERTIES IN MAURITIUS.COM LIMITED charges the lowest agency fee in Mauritius to buyers. We charge just 1% of the sale price as a fee to the buyer (unless otherwise stated). Our fees are still much lower than the standard 2% agency fee charged by other agents for these same properties, we always endevour to keep our fees as low as possible.

1.00% purchase value - Negotiable

Agency Fee for SELLERS

SELLERS who promote their properties via PROPERTIES IN MAURITIUS.COM LIMITED are charged a commission of 1.75% on the selling price.

1.75% of selling price - Negotiable

Agency Fee for Renting

PROPERTIES IN MAURITIUS.COM LIMITED will charge you an agency fee equivalent to the first month rent which is payable at the time the renting agreement is signed or 10% of the total rental value if the contract is for less than one year.

One Month if more than 1 year or 10% of the total rental value if less than 1 year

Agency Fee for Property Maintenance

The PROPERTIES IN MAURITIUS.COM LIMITED fee will depend on how much we will be involved in the maintenance of your property.

Agency Fees

Average agency fee in Mauritius is 2% of the total transaction + VAT
we charge 1.00% purchase value - Negotiable

Notary Fees

2% on the first Rs 250,000.-
1.5% on the next Rs 500,000.-
1% on the next Rs 1,000,000.-
0.5% on the balance.
+ VAT

Registration Fees

5 % on the declared value.

a) The vendor pays 5% of Land Transfer Tax on the declared value, if he has owned this asset for more than 5 years.
